Each ticket gets you a seat and our three course menu, paired with a beer for each course.
Menu:
First course: andouille sausage paired w/ Roggen Wolf beer mustard. Italian sausage cooked in roggen wolf paired with beet and horseradish mustardo and spicy chorizo paired with roggen wolf pickled vegetables
2nd course:
Lobster and clam bake w/ shrimp, clams, grilled butter poached lobster, summer corn in a Boston Lager broth, fresh basil, grilled garlic bread paired w/ Boston Lager
3rd course:
Warm Caramelized white peach cobbler w/ spiced peach ale gelato, cinnamon-pecan streusel paired w/ Spiced Peach Ale
